The My Campaigns page lists all your fundraising campaigns. From here you open each campaign page, edit it, pause it, copy it or delete it. You can also download the list.
Charities and fundraiser accounts both use this page. Users need the Campaigns permission to open it.
To create a new campaign, click Create new campaign at the bottom of the list. For the steps, see Fundme and Fundraising Tracks.
Where do I find my campaigns?
Charity accounts: go to Fundraise › Campaigns › My campaigns.
Fundraiser accounts: click My campaigns in the menu.
What does the list show?
Column | What it shows |
Page Name | The campaign's web address name, its title and its ID number. |
Created For | Fundraiser accounts only: Myself or the name of the charity you raise for. |
Created On | The date the campaign was created. |
Donors | The number of donors. |
View site | Links that open the live campaign page in each of its languages. |
Actions | Icons to edit, delete, pause and more. |
Team campaigns: a + icon appears next to the name. Click it to show the members' pages, with each member's name and email.
Fundraiser accounts: you also see team campaigns that you joined as a member.
How do I find a specific campaign?
Under Filter by campaign creation date, choose a Start date, an End date, or both.
Under Filter by campaign name, type part of the name.
Click Filter.
How do I get the link to share my campaign?
In the View site column, click English, Hebrew or another language. The campaign page opens in a new tab. Copy the address from your browser and share it.
Hebrew appears for Israeli accounts when the campaign has a Hebrew page.
Extra languages you added (for example Spanish) appear here too.
Want to know where donations came from? Add tracking codes to the link. See Source tracking using custom fields.
What can I do with each campaign?
Point to an icon in the Actions column to see its name.
Edit (pencil): opens the campaign in the campaign wizard. Make your changes there and save.
Delete (trash can): asks "Are you sure you wish to delete the page ?". Click Remove to delete, or Cancel.
Pause campaign (pause): sets the campaign to "Inactive". The icon changes to Set live (play). Click Set live to make it active again.
Add language (globe): choose Spanish, French, Arabic or Russian, then click Confirm. A page opens where you add the campaign texts in that language.
Duplicate (copy): makes a copy of the campaign. See below.
Add custom CSS (palette): opens a page in a new tab where you add your own CSS to the campaign page.
There is no separate "close" button. To stop a campaign, pause it, or delete it if you no longer need it.
The member rows of a team campaign have their own edit, delete and pause icons.
For more about languages and custom CSS, see Campaign types, languages, and customization.
How do I copy a campaign?
Click Duplicate next to the campaign.
In Make a copy of an existing campaign, enter the new campaign's web address name in Enter new campaign url name. Use 3 to 30 letters, numbers or underscores (_).
Click Confirm.
The new campaign opens in the campaign wizard. Review it, change what you need and save.
Any custom CSS or scripts of the original campaign are copied too.
If you see "Site name already exists", choose another name.
How do I download the list?
Click Download Results to Excel. You get a CSV file of the campaigns that match your filter.
The file includes columns such as Campaign Id, Campaign Url, Start Date, End Date, Donation (USD), Donors No, Campaign Goal, Donations out of goal(%), Parent Campaign, the fundraiser's name, email and phone, and the campaign links.
Why can't I see the edit icons or the Create new campaign button?
Israeli charities need an approved hora'at keva and bank details before they can create or change campaigns. Until then, the page shows "You are not eligible to create campaign. Please contact support", and the action icons and the Create new campaign button are hidden. You can still view your campaigns. See Direct debit authorization (hora'at keva).
Fundraiser accounts are not affected by this check.
