The Dashboard is the first page you see after you sign in. It sums up your account and shows what is left to set up. To come back to it, go to Overview › Dashboard.
This article is for charity accounts. Some blocks are different for Israeli and non-Israeli charities. We say so in each section.
What's at the top of the page?
Your profile: your logo, your organization's name, your charity number and your Country:. Israeli charities also see their membership plan. Click it to open the Membership plan page.

What is the Domestic donations card?
The Domestic donations card is your to-do list. It shows the steps you need to complete to raise money. Each item has a status icon:
Green check: done.
Orange exclamation mark: partly done, or in review.
Red cross: not done yet.
Click any item to open the page where you complete it.
Non-Israeli charities see these items:

Israeli charities see a download button for their 2025 balance confirmation (2025 אישור יתרה) as a PDF. The list may also include:

Questionnaire to enable fundraising up to ₪50,000 and Complete KYC process to raise more than ₪50,000: the know-your-customer questionnaires. They show orange while in review and green once approved.
At the bottom of the card there are shortcut buttons:
Create a donation form (everyone).
Create email confirmation (Israeli and Canadian charities).
Create CRA tax-receipt (Canadian charities).
Create e-receipt template (other non-Israeli charities).
What is the International donations card?
This card lists our partner foundations by country: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, Hong Kong and Switzerland. A ticked box means you are approved to receive donations in that country's currency. Click a country to read about it (Israeli charities) or to start setting it up (non-Israeli charities). If you're in one of these countries, your own country may be left out of the list. France can show (via Holland) when French donations are paid out through the Dutch partner.
Non-Israeli charities also see two buttons at the top of the card:
Add a payment method: save a card for your plan and onboarding fees. See Add a payment method for your plan and onboarding fees.
Verify bank account: submit the bank account you want to receive payouts in.
What is the Payment and Banking details card?
This card is where you give us your bank details.
Verify your bank details (everyone): opens the page where you submit your bank account.
Submit Hora'at Keva (Israeli charities only): opens the hora'at keva (direct-debit authorization) page. See Direct debit authorization (hora'at keva).
View submitted bank details: shows the account you submitted and whether it is approved.
For the full steps, see Your bank details.
What are the Quick actions?
Shortcuts to common tasks: Import donors, Recurring, Log a call, Add users, Create a campaign, Zapier Sync and Start selling (open an online store).
What do the charts show?
Donations and Revenue: your donations over time. Choose Total Donations or Total Revenue, and Last 12 months, Last 24 months or All Time. The chart updates when you change a choice, or when you click the refresh button.
Where your donors are from: donations by donor country (your top 10 countries, the rest grouped as Other).
Most Popular Giving Days: the days on which your donors give most.
3-Year Performance: your revenue month by month over the last three years.
The Donations and Revenue chart is not shown when you sign in through our international backoffice address (the one non-Israeli charities usually use). The other charts work as usual.
Common questions
My Stripe or PayPal item stays red. The status is checked each time the page loads. If you just connected, wait a couple of minutes and refresh the page.
I don't see the Submit Hora'at Keva button. It is only for Israeli charities.
The numbers look different from my Donations page. The dashboard shows totals for your whole account, for all time. Use Manage › Donations › All donations to filter by date, form or campaign.
