Your bank details

bank details, bank account, verify bank details, bank verification, my bank details, change bank account, replace bank account, IBAN, SWIFT, proof of account ownership, pending review, bank details required, can't create campaign

We need your organization's bank account details before we can send you payouts. Israeli charities also need them, together with an approved hora'at keva, before they can create new donation forms and campaigns.

You'll find everything in the Payment and Banking details card on your dashboard (Overview › Dashboard). Users need the Financials permission to submit bank details.

How do I submit my bank details?

  1. Go to Overview › Dashboard.

  2. In the Payment and Banking details card, click Verify your bank details.

  3. The Bank verification page opens on the Enter your bank details form. Plaid doesn't cover Israeli banks, so you enter the details yourself.

  4. In Account number format, keep IBAN (Europe & Middle East).

  5. Fill in the fields:

    • Account holder name: the account must be in your charity's name, not in the name of a person or a third party.

    • Bank name

    • IBAN

    • SWIFT / BIC

  6. In Bank statement or proof of account ownership, upload a recent bank statement, a voided check, or a letter from your bank confirming that the account is yours (PDF or image).

  7. Click Submit for review.

You'll see Details received — pending review. Our team checks the details and the document, usually within a few business days.

How do I check whether my bank details were approved?

  1. Go to Overview › Dashboard.

  2. In the Payment and Banking details card, click View submitted bank details.

The My Bank Details page shows one of these:

Status

What you see

Pending review

"Your bank details were submitted and are pending review." The account numbers are shown only after approval.

Approved

The bank, the last 4 digits of the account or IBAN, and the date you submitted.

Rejected

"Your bank details submission was rejected. Please submit again." and, if our team added one, the reason.

Details on file

Bank details we already had for your organization from before (bank number, branch number and account number).

No details on file

We have no bank details for your organization. Submit them as described above.

When our team approves or rejects your details, we email your organization's contacts.

How do I replace my bank account?

It depends on the status of the account you submitted:

  • Rejected: click Add new bank account on My Bank Details, or open Verify your bank details again. Click Submit again and send the correct details.

  • Pending review or approved: you can't replace it yourself. The page shows "Bank details have already been submitted for your account. To replace them, please contact our support team." Contact our support team and we'll replace it for you.

Why can't I create a donation form or campaign yet?

Israeli charities need two things on file before they can:

  • create a new MYSITE form (Fundraise › Donation Forms › Create a MYSITE form, or Create a donation form on the dashboard),

  • create a new campaign (Fundraise › Campaigns › New campaign), or

  • upgrade from the Starter plan to a paid plan (Manage › Financials › Membership plan).

The two things are:

  1. Your bank details.

  2. An approved hora'at keva. A form you uploaded but our team hasn't approved yet doesn't count.

If either one is missing, you land on the Bank details required page. It has two buttons:

  • Verify your bank details: opens the bank details form described above.

  • Submit Hora'at Keva: opens the Hora'At Keva page. Download the form or set it up online with your bank, then upload the signed form. Its status shows Pending approval until our team approves it. For details, see Direct debit authorization (hora'at keva).

Once both are in place, try again.

You can still edit forms and campaigns you already have, and you can still move to a lower membership plan.

Common questions

  • I clicked "Connect it instantly with Plaid instead". Plaid only works for some banks outside Israel. Click the link to enter your details manually and use the form above.

  • Do I need to submit my bank details again for every campaign? No. You submit them once for your account.

  • Our account holder name is different from our charity's name. Submit the account in your charity's name. If that isn't possible, contact our support team before you submit.
