The Store Sales page lists every purchase made in your online stores. Use it to see who bought what, find a sale, download its receipt and export your sales to a spreadsheet.

The page is for charity accounts. Users need the Store permission to open it. Fundraiser accounts don't have this page.

Where do I find my store sales?

How do I find a specific sale?

Fill in one or more of the filters, then click Search:

  • Search by Donor Name: type the buyer's name.

  • Filter by Date Range: choose a start date and an end date.

  • Filter by Currency: choose a currency.

  • Filter by Country: choose the buyer's country.

  • Free Tickets ?: choose Yes to see only free items, or No to see only paid ones.

  • Filter by Event: choose one of your stores.

To see everything again, clear the filters and click Search.

How do I export my sales to Excel?

  1. Set the filters you want, or leave them empty to export everything.

  2. Click Download results to Excel.

  3. A CSV file downloads. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

The file has one row per sale, with more detail than the page. It includes the buyer's name, address, email and phone, the amount and currency, the store, the number of items, and the item types bought (up to 12 types, each with its price and quantity). It also includes the answers to your store's custom questions, the buyer's message, the receipt number and whether the sale was canceled.

Good to know:

  • The column names in the file are in English.

  • The export uses the name, date, currency, country and store filters. It does not apply the Free Tickets ? filter, so the file includes both free and paid items.

How do I get the receipt for a sale?

In the Receipt column, click Receipt. You get the PDF receipt if there is one, otherwise a receipt as a web page.

For more about store receipts and confirmation emails, see Online Sales - Create your Store.

How do I upload my own receipt for a sale?

If a sale has no receipt, the Receipt column shows Upload instead.

  1. Click Upload.

  2. Choose the receipt file on your computer. It must be a PDF.

  3. You'll see "Donation receipt has been uploaded successfully." and the list refreshes. The sale now shows Receipt.

If you see "Please upload PDF receipt files.", choose a PDF file. If you see "Receipt already exist for this donation.", that sale already has an uploaded receipt, and it can't be replaced here.
