Your fundraiser account also keeps track of the donations you made, as a donor. You'll find them under My Giving in the menu. These pages show donations made with the same email address as your account. Donations you raised for your campaigns are under Donations instead.

Where do I see the donations I made?

Go to My Giving › My Donations.

The page is titled All Donations, but here it lists only the donations you made. The list loads by itself when you open the page.

You can narrow the list with the filters, for example by date range or currency. Then click Search.

To see only donations that give you an Israeli tax credit, tick Only show Israeli Shekel donations that are tax-deductible (sec. 46) and click Search.

How do I download one receipt?

In the Action column, click the PDF icon next to the donation. The receipt opens or downloads. If there's no PDF, you get the receipt as a web page.

Receipts are issued by the charity you donated to. Some donations have no receipt icon. See also PDF receipts for Israeli donors.

How do I download all my receipts at once?

  1. Go to My Giving › My Donations.

  2. Optional: use the filters to choose the donations, for example a date range for one tax year, and click Search. The download includes the donations that match your filters.

  3. Under the list, type your email address in the email box.

  4. Click Download all receipts.

  5. You'll see "A link to your exported file will be sent to your email address shortly." The Donation export files page opens in a new tab.

We prepare a ZIP file in the background. When it's ready, we email you a link with the subject "Donations Export File". You can also download it later from Donations › Donation export files.

What's in the ZIP file:

  • A receipt file for each donation: a PDF when there is one, otherwise a web page (HTML) receipt.

  • For some Israeli Shekel donations, the receipt is stored online. Those donations are listed in a file called receipts_links.csv, with a link to each receipt.

If you see "Enter a valid email address", check the address in the email box.

Want a spreadsheet of your donations instead of the receipts? Click Download results. It works the same way and sends you a CSV file.

What's the "Your Giving" card on my Dashboard?

The Your Giving card on your Dashboard gives a short summary of the donations you made. For Israeli accounts, it also shows your donations from the past six years that are eligible for the Section 46 tax credit.

Where do I see my own recurring donations?

Go to My Giving › My Recurring Donations.

The Recurring Donations and Installments page opens and shows only the recurring donations and installments you set up. The list loads by itself.

  • The Status column shows Running or Stopped.

  • To see past charges, click the list icon (View payment history) in the Actions column.

How do I stop one of my recurring donations?

  1. In the Actions column, click the stop icon (Stop recurring charge).

  2. A window asks "Are you sure you want to stop this recurring charge?". Click Confirm.

  3. You'll see "Donation has been stopped for this Donation Id."

We email the charity's contacts to tell them you stopped the donation.

For more about the recurring donations page, see Recurring payments and installments.
