When opening a campaign, a one-time payment gateway setup fee applies:
₪500 + VAT (one-time fee)
For private fundraisers where a donor leaves a tip on a specific donation, the only charge is:
2.9% credit card processing fee
No platform fee or per-transaction fee is charged (2.9% + ₪1.20).
If no tip is left, the donation will be charged:
Platform fee: 2.9% + ₪1.20
In addition to credit card processing fees of 2.9%
International Donations
2.9% + $0.50 per donation
Tip Mechanism (for Private Campaigns)
Instead of charging a platform fee, we allow donors to leave a voluntary tip that helps support and fund the platform’s operations.
This means that a private fundraiser who receives a tip does not pay the platform fee — the tip covers the platform fee cost.
For credit card donations: the tip is charged as a separate transaction from the donation
For donations via Bit or PayPal: the tip is added to the donation amount and will appear on the receipt as a fee
Example
If a donor contributes ₪100 and leaves a 10% tip, the total charge will be ₪110.

On the receipt, the donation and the tip will also appear as separate line items
Important to Know
The tip amount is not considered part of the campaign’s total fundraising amount
For example:
If ₪110,000 was collected and ₪10,000 of that amount consists of tips, the campaign total displayed will be ₪100,000.
The tip is not actually paid by the fundraiser; it is deducted from the additional amount received as a tip (excluding VAT).
Fundraising with Tax Deductible Donations (Section 46)
In cases where fundraising is conducted with tax-deductible donations through the Israel Gives Foundation (RA):
Fee: 5%
Credit card processing fees are included in this fee
