In order for donations to automatically appear in a donor's Gov.Il account, the donation needs to be made with an Israeli ID number (teudat zeut).
However, it may be the case that you received a recurring donation and didn't collect the ID number.
You can add the ID number to the recurring donation in the following manner:
1. In your IsraelGives account, go into the "Recurring and installments" page:
2. Search for and find the relevant recurring donation.
3. Click on the pencil icon under "Actions":
4. Select "Update Teudat Zeut", enter their ID number, and click "Submit"
